This bread pizza is made using sooji or Semolina. Bread pizza is a healthy option for kids' lunch boxes and breakfast. I make this regularly for my kids.

Tawa Suji Bread Pizza

Ingredients:
4 slices
3-4 tbsp semolina/suji
3/4 cup cream/malai
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green capsicum
3 tbsp finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped French beans
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Mozzarella cheese as required
