Add in the ginger, onion. Add in salt and stir well. Once the onions are light pink in colour. Add in chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder.Add in the tomatoes, splash of water. Once the tomatoes are cooked. Add in the carrots. Add in the capsicums, spinach leaves, Add in the toasted bread slices. Mix well and add in the greens, lemon juice.
