This dish will leave you wanting for more with its unique texture and varied flavour.BREAD UPMA Ingredients 8 pavs, broken into pieces 2-3 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) ¼ teaspoon asafoetida (hing) 16-20 curry leaves 2 green chillies, cut into pieces 2 medium onions, finely chopped ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste½ teaspoon sugar Fresh coriander sprig for garnishingMethod 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies and onions. Mix and sauté till onions turn translucent.2. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and stir. 3. Add pav pieces, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes. 4.
