Not to mention it's the perfect hangover cure.INGREDIENTS:2 english muffinsolive oileggs1 small red onion, thinly sliced150 grams ground pork150 grams ground beef1 tsp chili flakes2 tsps paprika2 tsps garlic powder2 tsps onion powder1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp chopped sage2 tbsp butter4 slices of cheddar cheeseSTEPS:1.) Combine the meat with all the spices, sage and powders. Season with salt and pepper.2.) Form 2.5 inch balls and flatten them out. Sear the patties in a pan on medium heat with some olive oil, 2 mins per side. Once flipped and browned on both sides, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each piece. Take off the heat when the cheese has melted.3.) Fry the eggs in some olive oil.4.) Melt the butter in another pan and toast the split in half muffins on both sides.5.)
