this is a really simple brie pasta:Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, but before draining, keep about 1 cup of pasta water. When the noodles are done, throw them in a large bowl with 1/2 a round of brie, a handful of cherry tomatoes, and black pepper. Stir vigorously, adding a little bit of pasta water as you go. It's really important that you stir AGGRESSIVELY (this helps to emulsify the starch + fat), until you get a thick creamy sauce.
