Broccoli Tots with Tangy Ketchup | Tastemade

Baked broccoli tots with Real California sharp Cheddar and dry jack are the new low carb, healthy tater tots that even your kids will love. Don't forget about making the perfect dip with creamy Real California yogurt, ketchup, and a splash of buttermilk.

Ingredients

12 oz broccoli florets
2 Tbsp grated onion
1 large egg
1 garlic clove, smashed
¾ cup Real California sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Real California finely-grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup panko
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps

1.) Heat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.) Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until bright green and tender. Add to food processor along with onion, egg, garlic, cheddar, Parmesan, and panko. Pulse to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
3.) Form broccoli into tater tots. Season outside and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with dip.
