Heat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.2.) Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until bright green and tender. Add to food processor along with onion, egg, garlic, cheddar, Parmesan, and panko. Pulse to combine. Season with salt and pepper.3.) Form broccoli into tater tots.
