Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and sauté till the seeds splutter. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves and sauté till leaves crackle.2. Add onions and sauté till it turns translucent. Add chopped and slit green chillies, potatoes and mix. 3. Add some water, salt and turmeric powder, mix well, cover and cook till the potatoes turn soft. 4. Cut bread slices into small cubes, add to the pan and toss well. Add some water, mix and let it get heated through. 5. Switch off heat, add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. 6.
