Take a Handi on medium flame add oil, bay leaves, cumin seeds and black pepper and saute for a minute.2. Now add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 minutes till it turns light brown.3. Now add chopped tomato, salt to taste, cube potato, cube carrot, French beans and cube beetroot saut for 3-5 minute. 4. Add soaked red lentil, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, slit green chili, julienne ginger, curd and plenty of water & mix well mix, cover and cook for 15 minutes.5. Now add lemon juice, soaked parliament brown rice, chopped coriander and mint leaves cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.6. Switch off the heat and mix gently. Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with mint leaves.7.
