Preheat the oven at 180ยบ C.2. In a bowl take refined flour, add salt, castor sugar, and mix well.3. Make a centre in the middle, add activated yeast, mix well. Add sufficient water to make soft dough. Add oil and knead again till smooth. Set aside 10-15 minutes.4. Dust flour and place the prepared dough. Knead again and divide into equal portions. Shape them into balls and place on a greased baking tray and cover with a damp muslin cloth. Keep them aside for 20-25 minutes.5. Gently remove the muslin cloth and spray water over the prepared dough. Bake for 20-25 minutes.6.
