They follow a very simple formula: Grain + Green + Protein (+ Zen) And are tasty, nourishing and easy to make.Ingredients for 1 bowl1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chopped ginger1 pinch of salt1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 tablespoons sesame tahini 1 diced sweet potato2 dried figs, sliced1 tablespoon vegetable oil salt1/2 avocado1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice1 carrot, grated1 green onion, mincedPreheat oven to 350F (175C).In a mortar Place garlic and ginger add 1 pinch of salt and ground. (If you dont have a mortar grind all the dressing ingredients in a blender).Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil, maple syrup and sesame tahini.
