I love buffalo chicken dishes whether they're wings, casseroles, salads, and especially if it's a buffalo chicken pizza. The combo of chicken, hot sauce, celery, and blue cheese is absolutely perfect, and a buffalo chicken pizza can be prepared super quick, especially if you're lazy like me and skip the making a pizza crust part.
