Burnt Basque Cheese Cake | How To Make Sushi

This burnt basque style cheesecake is one of the easiest recipes to execute, but it delivers a lasting impression to those that try it.
I highly recommend this recipe for something quick and easy to bring to a dinner party.

Ingredients:
Vanilla 1/4 stick
Cream Cheese 580g
Mascarpone 240g
Cream 430g
Sugar 180g
4 eggs 217g
cake flour 42g (I recommend sifting that)
salt 1 tsp 5.5g

Preheat the oven to 220ºC/428ºf with fan on for the first 15min then 22min with fan off but at the same temperature.
If you do not have a convection oven, you will need to go longer, but I can't say how much longer. You will need to judge that.
