Burnt Garlic Noodles are so easy to make at home and taste is guaranteed!

BURNT GARLIC NOODLES

Ingredients

2 cups boiled noodles
1½ tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon oil
2-3 spring onion bulbs, sliced
5-6 babycorn, diagonally sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
½ cup mixed capsicum strips (red, yellow and green)
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1½ teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons diagonally sliced spring onion greens + for garnishing

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1 minute.
2. Add babycorn, carrot strips and mixed capsicum strips and sauté for 1 minute. Add noodles and mix well.
3. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and soy sauce, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons spring onion greens and mix well.
4. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
