Burnt Garlic Noodles are so easy to make at home and taste is guaranteed! BURNT GARLIC NOODLESIngredients2 cups boiled noodles1½ tablespoons chopped garlic1 tablespoon oil 2-3 spring onion bulbs, sliced5-6 babycorn, diagonally sliced1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips½ cup mixed capsicum strips (red, yellow and green)Salt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste1½ teaspoons soy sauce2 tablespoons diagonally sliced spring onion greens + for garnishingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1 minute. 2. Add babycorn, carrot strips and mixed capsicum strips and sauté for 1 minute. Add noodles and mix well.3. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and soy sauce, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons spring onion greens and mix well. 4.
