Butter Garlic chicken Chef Harpal Singh

Ingredient Quantity
Chicken breast 250 gms
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Garlic butter 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli slit 4
Ginger juliennes 1 inch
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Juice of lime
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Method
In a bowl take chicken , ginger garlic paste, black pepper , salt and mix well. keep the chicken to rest for 20 mins
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry chicken on high flame for 10-15 mins until golden brown on both sides.
Once chicken is cooked will remove in a plate and keep aside.
Add garlic butter in the same pan, oil , garlic chopped, cumin and saute to brown the garlic.
Add green chilli, ginger and saut for 1 min.
Add chicken and mix well.
Cover and cook for 3-4 mins
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and mix well.
Add coriander chopped, lemon juice and mix well.
Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with lemon wedge and coriander sprig and serve hot.
