Transfer into a bowl. Add salt and vinegar. Crush the cabbage and set aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the cabbage and transfer into another bowl. Add red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, chop ginger, crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, besan (gram flour), rice flour, chopped coriander and mix it well. Add water to achieve desired consistency mix for deep fry.Add a small portion in hot oil to deep fry.
