caramel custard recipe, caramel custard cake, caramel custard with condensed milk, Creme Caramel Recipe#caramel_custard #Creme_CaramelIngredients for caramelized custardMilk - ¾ cupFresh whisked curd - ¾ cup Condensed milk - ¾ cup Sugar - ¼ cup Custard powder - 4 tbsp Vanilla essence - ½ tsp How to make the caramel custard1- Take a ¼ cup of sugar in a bowl and add it in the pan. 2- Cook while continuously stirring it on high flame. 3- Cook the sugar until it melts and becomes light brown. 4- Pour the caramelized sugar in a bowl and leave it aside to set. 5- Preheat 3 to 4 cups of water in a vessel. 6- Take a ¾ cup of milk in a mini bowl and add 4 tablespoons of custard powder to it. 7- Mix the ingredients well. 8- Take a ¾ cup of whisked curd and it in the mixture. 9- Add ¾ condensed milk, a ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence to it and mix all the ingredients well. 10- Ad the mixture over the caramelized sugar and place its bowl in a vessel where the water has heated. 11- Cover and cook it for 25 minutes on low-medium flame. 12- The custard has steamed cooked after 25 minutes.13- Remove its bowl from the vessel and separate the custard using a knife from the corners. 14- Keep a plate over it and flip it upside down. 15- Store it in the refrigerator for an hour and serve it chilled later on.
