Caramel Latte | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Refreshing chilled caramel flavoured latte to beat the heat.

CARAMEL LATTE

Ingredients

1 tablespoon caramel sauce
1 cup milk
2-3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons coffee decoction
2 chocolate sticks

Method

1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, mix and bring the mixture to boil.
2. Pour the milk mixture in a jar and blend using an electric hand blender to create some foam.
3. Put coffee decoction in a serving glass. Pour the milk mixture and put a layer of foam on top.
4. Crush a chocolate stick and put on top of foam. Put remaining chocolate stick and serve hot.
