Do try !CARAMEL WALNUT CHOCOLATE Ingredients ½ cup caramel 1 cup walnut, chopped2 cups dark chocolate, choppedMethod 1. Heat water in a non-stick deep pan, place an empty bowl on top of it. Add chocolate to the bowl and allow it to melt. Keep stirring occasionally.2. Once melted, stir continuously to remove lumps and temper the chocolate. 3. Pout the tempered chocolate into the moulds, toss the mould over the chocolate bowl, hollowing the centre. 4. Keep the mould in the refrigerator for the shells to form. 5. Fill caramel into a piping bag, pipe the caramel into the prepared chocolate shells. 6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts from top, cover the chocolate with a layer of tempered chocolate and scrape the edges.
