Tarts made with crushed chocolate cookies topped with creamy chocolate walnut mixture.CARAMEL WALNUT CHOCOLATE TART Ingredients100 gms Dulche Leche 8-10 walnuts, chopped10-12 chocolate biscuits 1 tablespoon cocoa powder¼ cup melted butter½ cup fresh cream 1 cup dark chocolate, choppedMethod 1. Fill the chocolate biscuits in a zip lock bag and crush them using a rolling pin.2. Transfer the crushed cookies to a bowl, add cocoa powder and melted butter. Mix well.3. Spread the prepared biscuit mix on a tart mould. Shape it using a spoon. Refrigerate to chill. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and dry roast the walnuts. Add dulche leche and mix well. Set aside.5. Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan till luke warm.6. Pour the fresh cream on chopped dark chocolate and mix till melts to prepare the ganache.7. Spread a layer of prepared walnut dulche leche mixture in the tart. Top it with a layer of the prepared chocolate ganache.8. Sprinkle walnuts and refrigerate till sets. Serve cold.
