Peel the skin of the carrot and slice them. Remove the middle part of the carrot with the help of an apple corer, knife, or cookie cutter. Use the star shape cookie cutter to give it a star shape. Now blanch the carrot in the boiling water at least for 3 mins, add sugar, and cardamom powder, and let it get cooked properly. Till the time melt the compound chocolate first for 30 sec in a microwave, then remove it & mix it well, again microwave it for 30 sec and mix it l.
