#kids generally do not like #carrot , but if you make this delicious #Carrotcandies they would definitely ask for more

Carrot candies
Ingredients Quantity
Water as required
Carrot 2no
Sugar cup
1tsp cardamom powder 1 tsp
Compound Chocolate cup
Desiccated coconut cup

Method
In a kadhai add water and keep it to boil.
Peel the skin of the carrot and slice them.
Remove the middle part of the carrot with the help of an apple corer, knife, or cookie cutter.
Use the star shape cookie cutter to give it a star shape. Now blanch the carrot in the boiling water at least for 3 mins, add sugar, and cardamom powder, and let it get cooked properly.
Till the time melt the compound chocolate first for 30 sec in a microwave, then remove it & mix it well, again microwave it for 30 sec and mix it l.
Once the carrot is cooked properly remove it in a plate and keep it aside & let it get cool
In another plate add the desiccated coconut, now dip the carrot in the melted chocolate and cover it with desiccated coconut
Finally remove it in a serving plate and serve
