Carrot Halwa | Kochu Logam

Carrot -2 ( 2 cup grated )
Milk - 2 cup full cream milk
Sugar -1.5 cup
Cardamom powder 1.5 tsp
Ghee - 3 tablespoon
Cashew nuts -15
Raisins -20
Pista-10

Heat a vessel add there to it and then roast the cashew and raisins and then add grated carrot and store nicely. Next add milk and stir. Allow it could nicely and wait till the milk becomes thicker later add sugar and cardamom, stir well.
Stir it till the milk is absorbed and the ghee is seen above. Off the flame and serve hot or cold.
