A unique dip made with the combination of carrots and walnuts.CARROT WALNUT DIPIngredients2-3 small carrots, cut in cubes¾ cup red lentils (masoor dal), parboiled1 tbsp oil ½ cup walnuts, chopped1 tsp crushed black pepper 1 tbsp tahini 6-7 garlic cloves 1 ½ tsp coriander powder Salt to taste ¼ cup chopped parsley1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tbsp olive oil Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add walnuts and cook till carrots soften. 3. Transfer the cooked mixture to a blender jar along with red lentils, crushed black pepper, tahini, garlic, coriander powder, salt, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Make a fine paste. 4.
