Interesting innovative recipe of a cheesecake for all the chai lovers.CHAI CHEESECAKEIngredients2-3 tablespoons tea (chai) leaves100 grams cream cheese10-12 ginger biscuits, crushed + for garnishing2 tablespoons gelatin150 grams whipped cream2 tablespoons honey4 green cardamoms 3-4 tablespoons milk10 grams butterMethod1. Soak gelatin in 4 tablespoons hot water and set aside to bloom. 2. Fold together cream cheese and whipped cream in a bowl. Add honey, mix well and set aside. 3. Melt gelatin in a microwave oven for 10 seconds. Remove from heat and set aside. 4. To make tea, heat some water in a non-stick pan. Add tea leaves, cardamoms and bring to a boil. Add milk and bring to a boil once again. Remove from heat, cool slightly and transfer to a bowl using a strainer. 5. Add tea to cream mixture and mix well. Add bloomed gelatin, mix well and set aside. 6. Melt butter in a microwave oven. Add to crushed biscuits and mix well. 7. Divide the biscuit mixture into individual shot glasses and spread. Top with some chai-cream mixture and tap lightly so that no air bubbles are formed. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours8. Break some biscuits into half and place each half on the glasses. Serve immediately.
