Chana 65 is a delicious, quick, and easy snack recipe that kids and adults both will love.

Chana 65
Ingredients quantity
Boiled chana 2 cup
Red chili powder 1tsp + 1tsp + 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp + 1tsp + 1tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch + a pinch
Salt to taste + to taste
Gram flour ½ cup + 1tsp
Water as required + as required
Oil for frying + 2tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Ginger chopped 1 ½ tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 ½ tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4-5 no.
Curry leaves 15 no.
Black salt ½ tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp



Method
1. Soak, boil the Kabuli chana.
2. In bowl add boil chana, red chili powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder, salt to taste gram flour and water and mix it well.
3. Deep fry the coated chana.
4. Double fry it to separate from each other and make it crispy.
5. In bowl add curd, gram flour, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and water and whisk it properly.
6. In add pan oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, black salt , chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt to taste and sauté it for a min
7. Now add the slurry of curd and let it cook till its thick.
8. Now add the fried chana in it and mix well.
9. Its ready, serve hot.
