¾ cup whole wheat flour (atta)
¼ cup All Purpose flour (plain flour or maida)
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
⅓ cup lukewarm water (use as needed)
Filling
½ cup chana dal
1 Tbsp oil
⅛ tsp asafetida
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp cardamom powder
2 Tbsp coconut powder
2 ½ Tbsp sugar
2 tsp mango powder (amchoor)
½ tsp red chili powder (lal mirch)
1 tsp fennel seed powder (saunf)
Also, Need
2 Tbsp of dry flour for rolling Parathas
3 Tbsp oil to cook the parathas
