Change The Way We Serve Food To Picky Eaters

When it comes to dealing with fussy eating, the way in which we serve food can sometimes be more important than the food itself. In this video I explore the idea of changing up the way I serve one tricky food in our house... soup!

My son really doesn't like soup. He is autistic and is sensitive to how food feels. He doesnt like the fact that soup is difficult to eat. Soup is messy, easy to spill and requires very good spoon-to-mouth coordination. So instead I serve it up as a pasta sauce. So simple but much more effective!
