Mix together chicken mince, onion, spring onion greens, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, kebab masala, salt, green chillies, lemon juice and egg in a bowl. 2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties. Place a tomato slice in the centre and press. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place patties in it and fry till fully cooked and evenly done from both the sides. 4. Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
