Salt to taste
Onion, finely chopped 4 tbsp
Ginger, finely chopped 2 tsp
Green chilli, chopped 1 no
Salt to taste
Coriander seeds, pounded 2 tbsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Kasoori methi leaves a pinch
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Anardana, pounded 2 tsp
Garam Masala tsp
Coriander chopped a handful

For Paneer Sandwich
Bread Slices 8 nos
Butter 4 tbsp
Mint Chutney cup
