For Batter:
Besan () - 1 cup
Salt () - To Taste
Red Chilli Powder ( ) - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder () - tsp
Cumin Powder ( ) - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi ( ) - tsp
Coriander, Chopped () - a handful
Chaat Masala ( ) - tsp
Water () - cup approx
Bread Crumbs, dried () - 2cups
Oil () - to fry

For Sweet Chilli Sauce
Water () - cup
Vinegar () - cup
Sugar () - cup
Chilli Flakes ( ) - tbsp
Garlic, Chopped () - 1 tbsp
Salt () - tsp
Corn Starch () - 1 tbsp
Water () - 2 tbsp
