Cheddar Sausage Bread Rolls is a delicious Anglo-Indian recipe that is super quick , easy and are great as starters.CHEDDAR SAUSAGE BREAD ROLL Ingredients 1¼ cups refined flour (maida) + for dusting50 grams cheddar cheese2 chicken sausagesA pinch salt 5 grams fresh yeast 2 tablespoons castor sugar 1 tablespoon oil Melted butter for brushing 3 processed cheese slices Method 1. Mix together refined flour and salt in a bowl. 2. Mix together yeast, castor sugar and ¼ cup lukewarm water in another bowl. Set aside till yeast activates. 3. Add activated yeast to flour mixture. Mix and knead to a soft dough. 4. Add oil and knead again. Cover with a cling film and set aside to prove. 5. Preheat the oven at 180˚C.6. Dust the worktop with some flour, place dough on it and roll out into a large disc. Brush some butter on top. Grate cheese on top and spread evenly. 7. Place cheese slices on one corner. Top with sausages, roll tightly into a cylinder and seal by folding the edges inwards. 8. Place the bread roll on a baking tray, put the tray on the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. 9. 10.
