CHEELA QUESADILLAIngredients180 grams Tata Sampann Moong Dal Chilla MixOil for drizzling½ cup grated processed cheese½ cup grated mozzarella cheese1 cup leftover rajma masala1 small green capsicum, cut into thin strips1 small red capsicum, cut into thin strips1 small yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips1 small onion, finely sliced Micro greens for serving Tomato salsa for servingMethod1. In a bowl take Tata Sampann Moong Dal Chilla Mix and add 1½ cups of water, whisk well to a make a smooth batter.2. Heat oil on a nonstick tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it, drizzle some oil on top and cook until golden brown in colour. Flip it over and cook for 2-3 minutes on other side as well. Set aside and similarly make one more chilla. 3. Add half of the processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on top then add rajma masala, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum and onions. 4. Add remaining processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Cover it with another chilla Flip and cook on the other side as well.5.
