GROUND BEEF cup chopped ONION3 EGGS cup MILK cup softened CREAM CHEESE1 cup freshly shredded CHEESE1-2 Tbsp chopped PICKLES HAMBURGER PICKLE slices to top the pie1 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCESqueezable YELLOW MUSTARD to taste tsp SALT (or to taste) tsp BLACK PEPPER1 tsp GARLIC POWDER 9 DEEP DISH PIE CRUSTHow to Make Cheeseburger PiePreheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Thaw a 9 deep dish pie crust and then score along the bottom and sides of the crust with a fork. Partially bake 10-12 minutes until the crust begins to lightly color, then remove from the oven to cool.In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add in the chopped onion and continue to cook. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other seasonings, if desired. Once onions begin to soften, drain the skillet of any excess fat. Return the skillet to the heat, and stir in the cream cheese and milk. Turn off the heat. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add cheese, worcestershire sauce, and the chopped pickles, and mix well. Add the beaten egg mixture into the cooled pie crust, then add and level the skillet beef and onion mixture into the crust, then top with a swirling squeeze of yellow mustard, to taste. Top the pie with the sliced pickles and press mix down with a spoon to level. Bake pie in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes. If desired, top with an additional sprinkle of cheddar cheese for the final minute in the oven. Remove and let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.Hope you like the recipe!
