Cut the capsicums into strips. Roughly chop chicken tikka. 2. Heat the rotis till just warm. 3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place a roti on it and top with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and cover with another roti. Press lightly and roast till the cheese melts. 4. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on top. Add 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and top with mixed capsicums and chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs. 5. Place some jalapeno slices and some more mozzarella cheese on top, cover and roast till the cheese melts and the roti turns crisp. Similarly, make more pizzas 6. Serve hot.
