CHEESEBURST ROTI PIZZA

Ingredients

Grated mozzarella cheese as required
Grated processed cheese as required
Readymade whole wheat flour (atta) dough as required
Whole wheat flour for dusting
Pizza sauce as required
1 tablespoon finely chopped green capsicum
1 tablespoon finely chopped yellow capsicum
1 tablespoon finely chopped red capsicum
4-5 fresh jalapeno slices
Dried oregano for sprinkling
Red chilli flakes for sprinkling
Oil for basting
Tomato ketchup for serving

Method

1. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust with some flour and roll out into discs.
2. Apply some sauce on the base. Top with 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon processed cheese, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and jalapeno slices. Top again with some mozzarella cheese and some processed cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano and chilli flakes and fold into half.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the pizza on it, baste with some oil and cook till golden brown and crisp from both the sides.
4. Cut into halves, garnish with processed cheese and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
