Potato wedges coated with cheesy cornflakes mixture and baked till crispy.CHEESY FRENCH FRIESIngredients1 cup parmesan cheese powder3-4 medium potatoes with skinOil for greasing 1 cup cornflakes2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley + for garnishing ½ teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon garlic powderSalt to taste ¼ cup olive oilMethod1. Cut potatoes into wedges. 2. Preheat oven to 180º c. Grease a baking tray with some oil. 3. Grind cornflakes to a fine powder. 4. Mix together parmesan cheese powder, cornflakes powder, parsley, paprika, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. 5. Drizzle olive oil on potato wedges and mix well. Coat wedges with cornflakes mixture and arrange on greased tray. 6. Put tray in the preheated oven and bake till the wedges are golden brown and well done.7.
