Cheesy French Fries | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Potato wedges coated with cheesy cornflakes mixture and baked till crispy.

CHEESY FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients

1 cup parmesan cheese powder
3-4 medium potatoes with skin
Oil for greasing
1 cup cornflakes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley + for garnishing
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
¼ cup olive oil

Method

1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
2. Preheat oven to 180º c. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
3. Grind cornflakes to a fine powder.
4. Mix together parmesan cheese powder, cornflakes powder, parsley, paprika, garlic powder and salt in a bowl.
5. Drizzle olive oil on potato wedges and mix well. Coat wedges with cornflakes mixture and arrange on greased tray.
6. Put tray in the preheated oven and bake till the wedges are golden brown and well done.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
