Mix together potatoes, green peas, spinach, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt, chaat masala and cornstarch in a bowl. 2. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Flatten each portion between your palms, place one mozzarella cheese cube in the center, seal and shape into kabab. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the kababs and shallow-fry from both sides till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 4.
