An ultra-cheesy and creamy bruschetta with mushrooms make for the perfect appetizer.CHEESY MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTAIngredients1 cheese slice10-15 button mushrooms2 brun pavs¼ cup + 2 tbsps soft butter1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves2 tbsps finely chopped garlicSalt to taste½ tsp red chilli flakes1 tbsp refined flour (maida)¾ cup milkCrushed black peppercorns to tasteFresh parsley sprig for garnishMethod1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.2. Thickly slice the brun pavs. 3. Chop button mushrooms. 4. Take ¼ cup butter in a bowl, add parsley, 1 tbsp garlic, a pinch of salt and red chilli flakes and mix till well combined.5. Apply some butter mixture on one side of the brun pav slices. Place them on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 5-6 minutes. 6. Meanwhile, to make the stuffing, heat remaining butter in a non-stick pan. Add remaining garlic and sauté for 1 minute.7. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add refined flour and sauté for 1 minute. 8. Add milk and mix well. Cook till the mixture thickens.9. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Cook for a minute.10. Add cheese slice and mix well. Cook till the cheese melts and allow to cool slightly. 11. Remove the baking tray out of the oven, place a portion of the mushroom mixture on each brun pav slice. 12.
