A delicious cheese and vegetable filling stuffed in bread pakoda and toasted to perfection.CHEESY PAKODA SANDWICHIngredients8 bread slices1 cup gram flour2 tsps coriander powder2 tsps red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder2 tsps cumin powderSalt to taste4 tbsps oil½ cup shredded cabbageFinely chopped onion as requiredFinely chopped tomato as requiredFinely chopped capsicum as required100 grams processed cheese blockTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. In a bowl, add gram flour, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, mix well. Add 2 cups of water and whisk well.2. For making one portion, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, dip two bread slices in the prepared mixture and place it on the hot oil. Cook till golden brown on both sides.3. Add a portion of shredded cabbage, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, grate 25 grams cheese on top of one bread slice. Cover it with the other slice of bread and press it.4. Cook for 30 seconds on each side.
