Cheesey pav Bhaji

Ingredients Quantity
Footlong breads 2 nos
Oil 1tbsp
Cauliflower grated 2tbsp
Carrot 2tbsp
Capsicum green 1tbsp
Green peas 1tbsp
Potato mashed small 1no
Tomato chopped 1no
Tomato puree 2nos
Pav bhaji masala 2tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli chopped 1no
French beans chopped 1no
Butter 2 tbsp
Cheese 4-5 slices

Method
1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, green peas and sauté for 2-3 mins.
2. Add potatoes, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, salt, green chilli chopped, French beans and mix well.
3. Using a masher mash the pav bhaji well and cook for 2 mins.
4. Remove the pav bhaji in a bowl and keep aside.
5. Heat a non stick pan and cut footlong bread lengthwise without separating.
6. Warm the bread, and press the bread little, add butter and toast well from one side.
7. Flip the bread and repeat the procedure.
8. Add spoon full of pav bhaji mixtures and lay cheese slice over the bread.
9. Heat the bread till cheese starts to melt.
10. Remove in a serving plate and Cut into halves and serve hot.
