Ingredients:
how to make almond milk
8-10 almonds, overnight soaked
1 cup water

1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp liquid jaggery (kaakvi)
1 mango (medium sized)

sliced almonds, sprinkle of chia seeds, sprinkle of cardamom powder

Notes: You can make ahead the chia pudding ie soak the chia seeds in almond milk or any plant based milk of your choice and store in the fridge overnight.
Instead of almonds you can use soaked cashew nuts
if you want to thin out the chia pudding reduce chia seeds by 1 tbsp.
You can make two servings of chia seed pudding with the soaked chia seeds.
