Spinach and chicken mince mixture shaped into tikkis and shallow fried, stuffed into burger buns to make these delicious wholesome sliders.CHICKEN AND SPINACH SLIDERSIngredients1 cup chicken mince10-12 fresh spinach leaves1 tsp crushed garlic6-8 pickled jalapenos Salt to tasteΒΌ cup toasted white sesame seeds (safed til)8 small brown burger buns1 tbsp oil4 tbsps hung yogurtSalt to tasteAlfalfa sprouts for garnishingMethod1. Roughly chop spinach leaves and put in a mixer jar, add chicken mince, garlic, pickled jalapenos and salt and grind. Add toasted sesame seeds and grind again to a coarse paste.2. Slit burger buns into halves. Toast the buns in a non-stick pan.3. Dampen your palms in water and divide the mixture into equal portions, shape each into a ball, flatten to make tikkis. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and cook the tikkies, turning sides, till equally golden and crisp on both sides. 5. Combine hung yogurt and salt in a bowl and mix well.6.
