Refined flour dough stuffed with chicken cheese mixture, shaped into potlis and deep fried.CHICKEN CHEESE POTLI Ingredients2 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese250 grams refined flour (maida) dough 1 teaspoon red chilli flakesCrushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tablespoon shredded fresh basil leavesSalt to tasteRefined flour (maida) for dusting Oil for deep-frying Method1. Mix together chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, basil leaves and salt in a bowl. 2. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough on it and roll out into a large disc. 3. Use a medium size cookie cutter to cut out discs from the large disc, stuff each with a portion of chicken mixture, brush edges with some water and shape into potlis. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry potlis till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
