Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Put chicken strips on a plate. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, egg and cornstarch and mix well. 3. Put chicken strips in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and celery and sauté till garlic turns golden brown. Add spring onion bulbs, mixed capsicum strips, red chilli sauce and soy sauce and sauté for 1 minute.5. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and fried chicken strips, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
