These mouth-watering cutlets are a perfect snack to be served with a cup of hot tea! or had as an awesome starter!CHICKEN CUTLETIngredients400 grams chicken mince1 tbsp chopped garlic1 tbsps finely chopped ginger2-3 green chillies, finely chopped1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leavesCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 tbsp kasundi sauceSalt to taste1½ tsps Tata Sampann Meat Masala Dried bread crumbs for coating2 eggsOil for shallow fryingGreen chutney to serveTomato ketchup to serveSalad to serveMethod1. Take chicken mince in a large bowl, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, chopped coriander, chopped mint, crushed black peppercorns, kasundi sauce, salt and Tata Sampann Meat Masala and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions.2. Spread dried bread crumbs on a plate and break in the eggs in a shallow bowl and whisk well with a fork.3. Grease the palm of the hands with oil, shape the chicken portions into balls and dip in the eggs and roll on breadcrumbs and place on a worktop. Flatten the portion and shape into a triangle. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, shallow fry the prepared cutlets till golden brown and crisp. 5.
