Put chicken drumsticks in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns and salt and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 3. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the marinated chicken drumsticks. 4. Dip each prepared chicken drumstick in beaten egg and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Serve hot garnished with onion rings, lemon slices and mint leaves.
