Chicken Drumstick -4
Garlic -6
Shallots 4
Green chilli
Curry leaf
Ginger garlic chilli paste
Chilli powder -2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli- 1 tsp
Tumeric powder.- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Pepper powder- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cornflour- 2 table spoon
Maida- 2 table spoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
Oil
Marinate the chicken with salt, chilli powder turmeric powder and coriander powder.
And half cook the chicken adding some water to it.
To make the batter
In a vessel add the cornflour maida chilli powder turmeric powder pepper powder and salt lemon juice garam masala coriander powder and marinate well with chicken and deep fry the chicken in oil.
Now remove when it turns to golden brown and it's fried well.
Now in same pan add green chilli curry leaf and onion and ginger chopped and fry and remove. In the same pan add the left of batter and fry till it becomes crispy. .
And server hot or cold.
