Delicious pulao made with rice and minced chicken makes for a comforting and filling dinner dish.CHICKEN KEEMA PULAOIngredients200 gms chicken mince (keema)3 cups cooked rice2 tsps oil½ tsp cumin seeds5-6 black peppercorns4-5 cloves5-6 green cardamoms1 inch cinnamon stick1 tsp chopped garlic1 tsp chopped ginger2 medium onions, peeled and sliced2 green chllies, slit½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp garam masala powder½ bunch coriander, chopped1 tbsp yogurtSalt to tasteFresh coriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till it changes colour. Add black peppercorns, cloves green cardamoms and cinnamon. Sauté till fragrant.2. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute. Add onions and sauté till they turn golden brown. Add green chillies and chicken keema. Sauté for 2-3 minutes on medium heat or till keema is completely cooked.3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and coriander. Mix well. Add yogurt, salt, cooked rice and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.4. Add coriander and mix well.
