Ingredients:

Chicken: 1kg(Medium size pieces)
Onions: 4nos.(large)
Tomato: 2nos
Capsicum: 1no
Chilly: Min 5nos
Coriander Leaves:Chopped(2tbsp)
Garlic & Ginger Paste: 1pkt
Vinegar: 2tbsp
Curd: 4 tbsp
Red Chilly powder: 1/2sp
Butter: 1tbsp
Garam Masala: 1.5sp
Cumin powder: 1sp
Sauce:1.5sp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2sp
Chicken : 2sp.Salt

Steps:

1.Wash the chicken properly. Add it to a bowl with the one chopped onion, 1/2sp salt, 1sp Ginger garlic paste, and stir the mixture well.

2.Marinate the chicken for about 15 minutes.

3.Heat a pan with 2Lsp of mustard oil on gas. Reduce the flame to low. Add the remaining onions, and cook until the color becomes golden. Add the tomatoes and capsicum and paste and cook for another 90 seconds.

4.Pour all the marinated chicken mixture, add vinegar, and cook it in gas 2 for 7-8 minutes. Cover the pan for 4 minutes in minimum flame.

5.Let it boil for some time in the steam produced after covering, and then remove the cover and again stir.

6.Add water for curry and stir it well. Switch off the gas and add coriander leaves or cream for conditioning and topping.
