Chicken Mayo Roll | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Shredded grilled chicken mixed with mayonnaise stuffed into hot dog buns.

CHICKEN MAYO ROLL

Ingredients

1 cup grilled & shredded chicken
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 hot dog buns
1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Crushed black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon castor sugar
1 bunch lettuce leaves
Chopped spring onion for garnish

Method

1. Add grilled chicken, mayonnaise, chilli flakes, turmeric powder, salt, crushed black pepper and castor sugar in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
2. Make slits in the hot dog buns. Add 1 lettuce leaf in each and fill the prepared chicken filling inside the bread.
3. Garnish with spring onions, serve immediately.
