A quick snack for a hungry evening!CHICKEN NACHO BITESIngredients300 grams chicken breasts2 cups nachosSalt to taste1 tsp onion powder1 tsp fried garlicCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 tbsp mustard sauce2 tbsps cheese spread1 tbsp rice flour½ tbsp corn starch2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves1 eggOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Cut the chicken into 2 inch triangles and transfer them into a bowl. Add salt, onion powder, fried garlic, crushed black peppercorns, mustard sauce, cheese spread and mix well. Add rice flour, corn starch, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Set aside for 20-25 minutes.2. Take nachos in a large bowl and crush them to a coarse powder, set aside.3. Break in the egg in the marinated chicken mixture and mix well.4. Heat sufficient oil in a pan, coat individual chicken piece with the crushed nachos and drop into the hot oil and deep fry till golden and crispy. Drain on an absorbent paper.5.
